Yesterday in office, sales war begin...everybody was busy calling, receive PO, convince customer..some of them was relax as they achieve sales target and some of them was stress as can't meet sales target..I'm the one who stress...

This month is was hard for me to hit the target...
1st, mistake on time management..
2nd, did not call much customer..Calls more to get more sales..

Yesterday, I only can achieve 72%..saw manager face..scare...
This month I had give a bad image to him..
This totally may affect my performance as I'm still in probation period...
This is already 3rd month and next Monday, they will do my performance appraisal...
But this month I proud of myself as I manage to get a few repeat sales...
I'm not hoping for the big sales, but I hoping for repeat sales...

I do not understand why everybody will very 'lansi' when they able to get big sales..
The guy that basically is just 'lucky' to have that account...then only able to hit such target..
He able to hit the target early of the month and very relax for almost half month...
He think he is the king..
Make very less call...
Yesterday, he very busy...not busy on doing sales...is busy on knowing another people sales...
He keep on look at me...
My PO in, he look..
Other's PO in, he ask...

Today, went to office, just do service to all my client...
Do some candidate search, repost an ads...do double up their response rate...
My manager come and ask me how's doing in this few months working...
I had told him everything that is truly from my heart...
I do love this job!!

Come take notebook from my bf and went to Jaya Jusco Taman Maluri...
Went to Black Canyon Restaurant...have a lunch there...coffee very good...

Basically Starbucks is the best place to online....

After stress for the whole month on hitting target...
This weekend is probably the most relax time as no need so worry about the sales..
Next Tuesday will have meeting..
That time only will think about it...

Early in the morning, raining....nice sleep....almost can' t wake up to work..

Buy Subway burger as breakfast....after eat...start working...

Call...call....call

Prospect become non prospect....

Non prospect become prospect....

Suddenly receive a e-mail from Manager saying that there is a meeting with GM on next Monday....OMG!!

Is all about sales....

He want to see our performance....

OMG!!

Although I already escape and in the 'safety' area but still scare as this is first time meeting with GM....

While busy working, headache coming...flu coming...OMG!!

After make some call, went to Amos and Vincent table...chatting...laughing...

Then went to Aries table, chatting and laughing...

Then went back to my table and working again...

This is my routine in the office now...

Lunch time, me, Aries, Amos, Vincent, Oscar and Tasha went to Islands Bistro at Pavilion to have lunch..

Me and Aries treat Tasha as her birthday present last Sunday...

When back office, Tasha and I plan to have a trip since Air Asia offering low fare ticket..

Plan go Phuket after discussing..

Hope still have ticket available....=)

Off time, back with Amos and Oscar...

Reach home, bath then went to dinner with my bf...

Go home...online....offline....sleep....=)

Recent update

Last Saturday, my bf and I went to Mid Valley Megamall....we visited to Dinosaur Fair....is a quite boring fair but still we get some science info about all those animal....quite interesting as a lot of kids screaming happily or even shouting sacredly when they saw the dinosaur.... but some how, this are the places where the parents can bring their children to hang out and teach them what is dinosaur all about and how they look like instead of watching television...After that went to Jaya Jusco buy Yomeishu for my mum as Mother's Day present....

Sunday, went to Jalan Peel having a nice Yong Tau Foo lunch...nice....

Monday, after working, went to Pizza Hut Maluri with my bf....having a nice dinner at there....yummy.........=)

Today, after working, Tasha, Amos, Vince, Vincent and my bf and I went to Green Box sing karaoke to release working stress...nice hang out with them and this is my first time enter to this type of karaoke places......nice feel.....after that, went back, online, sleep.............=)

No mood

Today totally no mood...
Go to office with sleepy face...
Just reach office, just want to enjoy my lovely breakfast...one customer call...
After explain, no mood eat my breakfast..
Eat a bit, throw....

Keep on calling all those customer..
Some of them say...'Oh, boss oversea..'...=='
OR
'Oh, we use another media to advetise'...=='
No mood again...

Call one customer ask about the package that I proposed to her...
Told her that need to pay 5% Government Tax....
She said..'Hah!!could you down the price r?'
Come on...5% is for government...not us..
Ai...explain again....
But finally she want it...haha...

Lunch...eat with Tasha at Meal Station just below Wisma UOA...
Eat Plain Nasi Lemak, Local Fruit Rojak and Watermelon juice...RM13..
Then went back to office with sleepy face again....

Go back office, call and service customer...
See what they need and help them by finding a suitable recruitment solution...
So far so good...
Luckily all the customer not so 'noisy'..

6pm...off time...
Go back with empty stomach..damn hungry..
Faster went back home, take a bath and went out dinner with him..
Go home and online and get a nice sleep....

Wonderful Sunday!

Wake up at 10am..
Prepare myself and went out lunch with him..

Lunch: Hakka Yong Tau Foo...yummy!!
Weather: SUPER HOT!!

After that went to his house and chatting with his family...
Then went out to jalan jalan...

Dinner: Claypot Chicken Rice....yummy!!
Weather: Raining!!
Lepak: Pandan Mewah MCD...

Plan went to MCD is to online..
But then when we went there, got WiFi..but can't online...
Ask the MCD guy, they said 'ROSAK'....OMG!!!
Implement WiFi, but ROSAK...ai....

I don't underdstand why they implement WiFi but did not manage the line..
Even MCD Jaya Jusco Maluri more worst..
They don't have a WiFi....
But then MCD already consider famous with the WiFi services...

Not like Starbucks...
They implement the internet services and they successfully manage the services..
Line super nice..
Environment also good...ai..

Hope MCD improve...
MCD already have free refill drinks..I like it!
If MCD WiFi stable, nice environment and success manage like Starbucks..I more like it!
