Up to 1pm just now, I successfully hit 80%....HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

This morning, call all my client and ask about the offer..
One of my client said said "Ok...Will send to you later the Sales Order Form!"...WAAAAA!!!
So happy...So relex...So free....
Now I can laugh laugh laugh...

Miracle really happen!! =)

2nd last day to chasing sales...

Call Call Call....
Offer Offer Offer....
Promote Promote Promote...

Client reject...
Client say NO...
Prospects become non-prospects...

Client accept..
Client say YES...
Non-prospects become prospects...

Suddenly, enquiry coming..
She want 4 ads package...
Explain and explain and explain...
She intersted, request for quotation...
Send to her the Sales Order Form with the package that she want it...
But I did very stupid things is I enclose together with the current promotion broucher which include 2 ads pricing to her...
At the end, she decided to go for 2 ads pricing and not 4 ads pricing...
WAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
Damn stupid!!
Try convince...She really don't want....
Because of this, now my sales percentage is 79%...Left 1%....WAAAA!!!
If I did not enclose the broucher, she will go for 4 ads pricing and I success hit 80%...
No worries and no stress anymore...
Ai.....

Yesterday I was so happy as I got sales coming and it's really helps me alot...

My personal target for this month is 80%..
Only few thousand then I can achieve this number happily..

So today reach office quite early to do some follow up and check the response rate and etc..
Majority of my prospects gone...Just gone like that...Fly away just like that..=(
Customer is King...
Up to them which media they want...

3 days to go...
Chasing another few percentage...
Make me getting more sick and more moody and more excited...
Heart attack is coming...

Hope miracle may happen.........

Stupid!!

I so stupid today!! I did something very stupid and that stupid thing did affect my mood today!

Meeting early in the morning..
Manager did brief our new web site that have change a bit in sense of design and etc..
Then he ask abt SALES....He want us to give a number to him around how much can hit since is the last week of August...
Actually, in my heart, I only able to hit 80%...But the words that came out is 100%!!WAAAAAAAAAA!!!
So stupid!! Actually if I say 80%, I believe that he sure accept it since my sales for this month is low....
I was so stupid and now...Stress!!
Try follow up few prospects, 2 gone.....
If I can't hit the number, hope manager din angry me....


Still got 4 days to go...Hope miracle may happen!!

Yesterday in office, sales war begin...everybody was busy calling, receive PO, convince customer..some of them was relax as they achieve sales target and some of them was stress as can't meet sales target..I'm the one who stress...

This month is was hard for me to hit the target...
1st, mistake on time management..
2nd, did not call much customer..Calls more to get more sales..

Yesterday, I only can achieve 72%..saw manager face..scare...
This month I had give a bad image to him..
This totally may affect my performance as I'm still in probation period...
This is already 3rd month and next Monday, they will do my performance appraisal...
But this month I proud of myself as I manage to get a few repeat sales...
I'm not hoping for the big sales, but I hoping for repeat sales...

I do not understand why everybody will very 'lansi' when they able to get big sales..
The guy that basically is just 'lucky' to have that account...then only able to hit such target..
He able to hit the target early of the month and very relax for almost half month...
He think he is the king..
Make very less call...
Yesterday, he very busy...not busy on doing sales...is busy on knowing another people sales...
He keep on look at me...
My PO in, he look..
Other's PO in, he ask...

Today, went to office, just do service to all my client...
Do some candidate search, repost an ads...do double up their response rate...
My manager come and ask me how's doing in this few months working...
I had told him everything that is truly from my heart...
I do love this job!!

Come take notebook from my bf and went to Jaya Jusco Taman Maluri...
Went to Black Canyon Restaurant...have a lunch there...coffee very good...

After stress for the whole month on hitting target...
This weekend is probably the most relax time as no need so worry about the sales..
Next Tuesday will have meeting..
That time only will think about it...
